Finally Get Profitable With Meta Ads, Consistently
Start with the numbers, fix what’s really broken, even when it’s not the ads.
You’re spending your own money on ads. Some weeks it works, some weeks it doesn’t, and you don’t really know why.
That’s not because you’re bad at this. It’s because nobody showed you where the money is leaking.
20 minutes, just you and me. We’ll talk about your challenge and whether coaching is the right fit.

Sound Familiar?
- Your ads spend money but don’t make money. Or they work one month and crash the next.
- You open Ads Manager, you keep looking at it, and you still don’t know what to do next.
- Your ROAS says 2, so it looks fine. But you’re not sure you’re actually making money.
- Results drop, and you want to change everything at once: the audience, the creative and the budget.
- You’ve tried so many strategies from videos and blogs that you can’t tell which ones actually worked.
And if you’re honest, the worst part isn’t the money. It’s this feeling:
“I feel like I’m guessing, and I don’t know if the problem is the ads or me.”
You’re not bad at Meta ads. You just can’t see the leak yet.
The Silent Profit Leak
Most of the time, it’s not the ad
After running ads since 2010, here’s what I’ve learned. More than 50% of the time, the problem is not the ad.
People don’t buy at the ad. They buy after the click.
The ad is about half. The customer journey is the other half, your offer, your price, your landing page, your checkout and your follow-up emails. If one of those is leaking, you can keep changing the ad forever and nothing gets better.
That’s also why a ROAS of 2 can be losing you money. A blended number hides where the money is leaking.
That’s the Silent Profit Leak. Your ads look busy, with clicks, reach and “results”, while the money quietly drains out. And it hides in Ads Manager, where hundreds of columns never tell you where you’re bleeding.
Changing the ad won’t fix a leak that isn’t in the ad.
Here’s what I believe. Nobody should be losing money on Meta ads without knowing why. It’s not luck, it’s a skill, and anyone can learn it. I want to help you master it.
I’ve Been Exactly Where You Are
For ten years I ran an agency, managing campaigns for clients.
Every single day I faced the uncertainty. I’d wake up not knowing what had happened to the campaigns overnight. Every time the cost per lead or the cost per sale went up, I didn’t know what to do, and then the client would call. I remember thinking, this call again, what am I supposed to do?
I was so clueless, and I was totally burnt out.
I don’t like uncertainty in my life, so I built a way out. I borrowed an idea from email marketing, where you nurture people one step at a time, and tested it on my clients’ ads, with their permission. That became my 2-Step Funnel Framework, and everything I teach today grew from it.
So when you tell me you don’t know what you’re doing, I believe you. It was me in 2016.
The 3-Step Framework for Meta Ads
Nothing fancy. I studied economics, so I test like an economist, one hypothesis and one variable at a time.
1. Know your numbers What’s your break-even ROAS? Not the ROAS Meta shows you, your break-even. If you can’t answer that in 5 seconds, that’s the real problem. We start with your margin, set your target cost per result, and set a benchmark for every metric we track. Now “good” and “bad” have a number.
2. Find the leak We look at the entire journey to see where the leaking points are. On the ad, we check your CPM, CTR and frequency. Off the ad, we check your offer, your landing page, your checkout and your follow-up. Then we know if it’s the ad or the customer journey.
3. Fix one thing at a time Change three things at once and you won’t know which one worked. We change one thing, give it at least 7 days, and let the numbers tell us what’s next. We monitor daily, but we measure weekly. Once it’s stable, that’s when you scale with confidence.
You should see something meaningful within weeks, sometimes days. Most clients have a stable strategy in two to three months.
Meet Jason

I’ve been running Meta ads since 2010 and teaching it since 2016. I’m a Meta Certified Professional and a Badged Meta Business Partner.
I’ve personally audited over 1,000 ad accounts, and I’ve coached more than 6,000 advertisers from 50+ countries. Across my clients, I’ve guided over tens of millions in Meta ad spend.
I share real account breakdowns on my YouTube channel.
It Wasn’t the Ads
These are real cases from clients I work with. I’ve left their names out. In every one, the fix wasn’t a new ad.
The checkout that blocked buyers. The campaign was already at 10x ROAS. But out of 1,175 landing page views, only 21 people added to cart. Buyers had to log in or sign up before checkout, so we removed that. Add-to-carts went from 21 to 95, and sales more than doubled, with the same ads.
The offer nobody was buying. A UK property consultant was selling a course. It got 200 leads and zero sales. The leads kept asking, “Do you help us buy property in the UK?” So we turned it into a service. His fee went up 300%, and he made one sale a week. That was 4x the ROAS on the same ad spend.
The discount in the wrong language. A high-ticket product was offering 15% off, and the clicks were weak. We changed it to “$120 off”, and CTR, add-to-carts and ROAS all went up. Same discount, said the way the customer thinks.
The calendar, not the campaign. One client spent the same $12,000 a year, but we moved it into the peak months. Yearly revenue went up 28%, with the same spend.
The email nobody sent. One extra cart-recovery email brought in 10% more sales, at zero cost.
We don’t need more budget. We just need to spend the budget correctly.
Here’s How We’ll Work Together
1. Book a free 20-minute call Fill in a short form, then we talk for 20 minutes. Where you are now, whether your ads are making money, and what you’ve already tried. By the end, we agree on a plan that makes sense for your business. If we’re a good fit, let’s go. If not, I’ll point you in the right direction.
2. Build your strategy (Know your numbers, Find the leak) Once we start, I build a dashboard of your numbers, and we analyse them together, you and I, so you learn to read them yourself. We set your benchmarks and find where the money is leaking, on the ad or after the click.
3. Execute and optimize together (Fix one thing at a time) Every week, we fix one thing, give it time, and let the numbers tell us what’s next.
What it costs: $400 per month
- A 30-minute Zoom call every week, inside your Ads Manager
- Email me between calls, and I reply on weekdays
- One fix at a time, built around your business and your numbers
No contract and no minimum. If you like working together, we continue. If you don’t, we stay friends. Nothing complicated.
Eventually, I want you to graduate. Once your strategy is stable, you run it yourself, or keep me around for the bigger business decisions.
Two Ways This Can Go
If nothing changes: you keep spending, and you keep guessing. When results drop, you change everything and never learn what broke. When you try to scale without knowing why it works, you’re throwing money into the ocean. And sooner or later, you burn out and decide Meta ads doesn’t work.
If you fix the leak: you finally know what to do based on the data, not your gut feeling. You know when to worry and when to ignore it. You get more from the same budget, you scale with confidence, and you get your peace of mind back to grow your business.
From guessing in Ads Manager to running your ads like a strategist.
Who Is This For
This is for you if:
- You’re already running Meta ads, and spending your own money
- You can’t tell what’s working and what’s not
- You want to understand your numbers, not just hand them to someone else
- You’re open to fixing things beyond the ad, like your offer, your page or your emails
- New to Meta ads? That’s the best time to learn
This is not for you if:
- You want someone to run your ads for you. That’s an agency.
- You want an answer in two days. A fair test needs a week or two.
FAQ About Meta Ads Coaching
What if the problem isn’t my ads?
Then we find out where it is. More than half the time, it’s not the ad. It’s the offer, the price, the landing page, the checkout or the follow-up. We check the whole journey, not just Ads Manager.
I’m not good with numbers. Can I still do this?
Yes. Everything can be learned if you learn it the right way. We start with a handful of numbers, and I show you what each one is telling you.
Do I need experience with Meta ads?
No. Beginners learn to set up and measure their campaigns properly from day one. Experienced advertisers get someone to think through what to test next. The framework is the same.
Do I need more budget?
Usually not. Most of the clients above got better results with the same spend. Fix the leak first, then scale.
Why fix one thing at a time?
If you change three things and your results move, you can’t tell which change did it. Change one thing, and you know what worked. Then you keep it or drop it.
How long before I see results?
You should see something meaningful within weeks, sometimes days. A stable strategy usually takes two to three months. Every business is different, so treat that as a typical range, not a promise.
How much does it cost? Is there a contract?
It’s $400 per month, with no contract and no minimum. You get a 30-minute Zoom call every week and email support on weekdays.
How is this different from a course or an agency?
A course gives you someone else’s strategy to follow on your own. An agency runs your ads, and you mostly stay out of it. Here, we find and fix the leaks together, and I teach you how to read the numbers.
Let’s Find Your Leak
You don’t need another strategy from someone else’s business. You need to know where your own money is leaking.
Start with the numbers. Fix what’s really broken, even when it’s not the ads.
Let’s build a way to test them on your account, with your numbers.
